Important Information About Ordering Online

By submitting an order through our online ordering system, you agree to the following:

Ordering Greely’s Gardening Bags

  • An “X” must be marked on your driveway with chalk or masking/painter’s tape where you want your Greely’s Gardening Bag(s) to be placed.
  • When marking your “X” on your driveway for a Gardening Bag delivery, you must ensure a space of 4ft X 4ft for each bag.
  • The “X” on your driveway must be within 15′ of the road (stone and sand) or 20′ of the road (soil + mulch) – the boom truck’s crane only reaches so far!
  • You must be aware that if the “X” is not accessible by the boom truck, the driver will place the Gardening Bag(s) as close as possible to the “X” yet still allow for vehicles to pass by.
  • You must ensure there are no overhead wires or low lying trees where you marked your “X” on your driveway.
  • You must provide us with an accessible contact number upon ordering in case there is no “X” visible on arrival or the “X” is not safely accessible.
  • We will not unload if the “X” is not visible or the “X” is not safely accessible.
  • Greely Sand & Gravel Inc. will not be liable for any damages done to the property or individuals as a result of unloading the Gardening Bag(s) on to the driveway.

Ordering Greely’s Load Delivery

  • An “X” must be marked on your driveway with chalk or masking/painter’s tape where you want your bulk load to be dumped.
  • We require a space of 15 feet wide and 20 feet long and 25 feet high to allow the truck to easily back up to the “X” and dump the load.
  • Keep in mind that the load may take up a space up to 20 feet by 20 feet, depending on the quantity ordered.
  • You must ensure there are no overhead wires or low lying trees where you marked your “X” on your driveway. The truck needs clearance of 25ft high to unload.
  • You must provide us with an accessible contact number upon ordering in case there is no “X” visible on arrival or the “X” is not safely accessible.
  • We will not unload if the “X” is not visible or the “X” is not safely accessible.
  • Greely Sand & Gravel Inc. will not be liable for any damages done to the property or individuals as a result of unloading the product on to the driveway.
